Do you use Metal Halides lights ? or you have natural light from the sun ?? yr corals have a brilliant colors and looks healthy.

thanks very much for yr reply and I am still very impressed with the colors you have with all yr corals !! I was under the impression that you have installed Metal Halides or the natural sun lights in yr tank. Did you read the water parameters to check the quality of the water.

I just see the density and PH, I have not the other tests at home.
I speak Spanish, but not write, I make a partial change every 30 days to 150 liters, direct use of sea water to get in front of my house.

thanks for yr reply appreciated. Very interesting that you only measure the PH and the density and using the natural sea water in yr partial change of water.
Need to know the following:
When the first time you collected the rocks from the sea, I saw the photo that you cleaned the rocks with a pressure hose. when you finish the cleaning, did you put the rocks immediately in the tank ? or you wait sometime to do it. The reason I am asking you because I am planning to change some rocks, and also cleaning the same using the pressure hose too.

the best way is with a washing machine of water pressure, after that you will wash them straight to the reef, but the rocks here after we have washed and brought to the reef, eventually forming a layer that resembles a mold or fungus, not clear that advanced the other day was again formed, it just disappeared after about 7 days, the best way would wash and return to the sea and withdraw after 10 days, but should place them in a canvas bag, not to fill the crabs.

Hi Fred, when will you post your tank here on RC?
