I must have ordered from them a dozen times + over the years and always 100% right and happy. They She(I forget her name) even seems to remember who I am. I am shocked that this is how you were treated. I thought perhaps she was having a bad day. Not right or wrong, but we all have them. It seems like maybe not as there are a few other posts saying bad things. I would give hjer a call again then dispute it with the CC company. I have a friend who works in disputes at Chase, they siad for the card holder 93% of the time under $1000, percents go down as the value goes up but still favor the card holder up to $5K

Thanks Rob and everybody. I really wish the order went smoothly. I heard many nice things about them before I ordered. Thats why I went to them, when I was going to order from keyscritters. Oh well. Nothing to do now except let it play itself out.

We all have our days. Thats for sure.

Regardless of how this ends, I couldn't order from them again knowing how the customer service is/was and the attitude they gave me.

I may try once more. I have been recommended eTropicals for clean up crew orders...Live Aquaria customer support and free shipping over $60 is hard to beat.
I'll have to check them out. I still need a bunch of snails...

If you ordered a car from Lexus and the car came in a different color or with the wrong features would you not complain? Then they told you, tough, thats what you get. I know I would be furious.

He ordered a specific item, it came in not as promised. To me thats pretty clear he didn't get what he wanted and what was advertised. Its not fraud, not in any sense of the word. I never said to pretend you never received any product at all, just that you didn't receive what you ordered and what was promised to you.

Thanks man... I mean... You know..

Maybe in a couple weeks.... There are some family health issues going on and I'm not sure when I'll be home. My jaw will drop if you get the squirt to come out too.
