Regal angel w/ fungus

I have a newly acquired regal that I have in a modified "Q" tank. The tank has live rock, macro algae, a cleaner shrimp, and some scavengers. The Angel is eating really well(even feeding from my hand), but has developed some fungus on it's tail. I hate to move it to a bare tank to treat the fungus and risk that it would stop eating. Currently it is getting fed mysis/brine shimp soaked in Selcon/garlic extract.

If I were to treat it, what would be the best medicine?

Well if you add "Primafix" which is a med. that is reef safe in controling fungus, you should be alright as long as you turn off any skimmer or carbon filtration
