replacement BRS doser arrived and I'm MAD as H*II

I don't want this thing. BRS has ignored my emails and my calls. I've never had any problems with BRS (or any vendor on RC for that matter but NOW BRS HAS GOT ME MAD.

YOU HAVE ONE VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER HERE.

TAKE THIS BACK AND GIVE ME CREDIT

thanks for thinking of me.
I'm waiting to get a Litermeter before adding any more corals.
I wanted BRS to credit my account towards a reliable topoff device (such as a Litermeter) and proceed from there.

The BRS topoff doser sucks and customer service on this is even worse!
 
i dont wanna jinx myself but all three of mine have been great for a few years now...i constantly check though, because i know its a matter of time
 
Makes you wonder what's in that 2 part white powder??? We are all addicted!

Just call them, unless you have to no avail? I found the email route quite sluggish.

They've obviously come to a conclusion on the subject, which is to give you a replacement. I'm sure if you throw it on the FS forum, you can sell it pretty quickly.
 
just bought a bubble magnus,went to install and program it.guess what? 2 of the three pumps wont work.i am so tired of cheap chinese crap. now i get to play the waranty game as well

Johnny- I'm confident BRS will change their mind. They just need this matter to get pushed up to someone's attention that can actually do something about it. Stay tuned. And whoever wants to join this game is more than welcome to!
