Resize photo with photoshop

I want to reduce the kb for reef central. I have done this in the past by cropping. How can a entire picture be reduced to the 125 max kb, per picture.

Go to full edit, file, save for web, and use the slidebar on the right side of the screen.

Even better is use an external picture hosting site like Photobucket, then you can have much larger file sizes.
