Amazing tank, I can't wait for mine to look like that someday. I have a lot of catching up to do. Nice that you got back into the hobby, sometimes you just got to do things that make you happy and bring back the memories . How long has your system been running for? 3 years? Did you start that with all sps frags?

Hey Sahin I'm almost embarassed to say that I have one, but because my tank is so deep from front to back, the low ceiling in my basement makes it very awkward for me to get over the tank being 6 '4... I will try again soon.. The last ones that I took are in post #704 non page 29 of this thread..

LOL...Thanks.. I just got in from a really long day. I started the day with my local club doing a true frag swap. Lot's of fun with awesome people, but I am exhausted. So.. Pictures will come later this week.... I promise!

I tried to at one point I was feeding oyster feast, but got to the point where I felt like I was wasting time. So instead of keeping that up, I just feed my fish more. Seems to do the trick.

Yeah, I'm up there. LOL! Sunnyx and I use to joke a lot about our height and having to hunch over our tanks. "Excuses are tools of the incompetent, and those fools who use those tools are masters of nothing and do not possess the making of an ALPHA"... a small verse that was imprinted in me during my time pledging my Fraternity in my undergrad years... LOL.. Those words stick with me today; 21 years later... Where is the time going??? LOL.. On another note, I really appreciate the interest you guys show in my tank. It's truly one of those aspects of my life that bring me real joy and my RC Fam is a Huge part of that!

Ok... I cheated a little bit, but I need to challenge myself so here it goes.. The following sample of top-down pictures were taken with my cell phone. The challenge.... Taking better pictures with my DSLR... If I can't beat these pics! I have NO business with a DSLR and it will be going on the market! LOL.... Here we go... DSLR pics will follow within a day or so...

Thanks Sahin & you're welcome my friend. With my last tank, I used 250W double ended MH bulbs. I never got the color that I'm getting in this tank.. Love the color and growth from 400W radiums although I've never tried them personally. Stay tuned for the DSLR shots and pray I don't fall in in the process! LOL..
