Thanks for the nice comments guys! This project has become a full time job for me. SuperR has went to great lengths to get me started on this build, not to mention he just finished drywalling my fish room. Thanks bro!Originally posted by fishypets

Your going to love that BK SM200. I have one running on my 200 gal tank. Its a monster. Build looks good. I like that sump. No cross bracing or euro bracing?

Thanks, have the wife to thank on the design of the house. As far as the direction I'm heading with the tank build, I have to say I have two of the best working with me, Rob (SuperR) and Flavio(Advanced Reef Aquatics). These two guys have extended their support and welcomed me into this hobby with the utmost respect, wisdom, and professionalism. This build has become my baby and am sure will become one of intrigue. I thank you guys and will update frequently as progress continues.Originally posted by erbio

BTW: Is Flavio the previous owner of "ORG"
and were is Advanced Reef Aquatics located?
Hey uvijaya, I am fortunate enough to have the tank situated near an exterior wall to the rear of the tank, as well a steel I-beam directly under the left side. Had it not been for this I would definately have considered further reinforcement in the basement below.Originally posted by uvijaya
Hey Tim/Rob, does the main floor needs reenforcement on the floor joist? Have you done that or not necessary? I guess since its going besides the stairs in the corner of the family room, there should be plenty of support below.
