I love that super flame. I'm also going to work on copying your netting design! Looks great.
Thanks Ron. The materials to make the screen were actually very affordable. I think it cost me all of $30. Let me know if you need any advice or help.

Nice screen Tim - great job!!
Thanks Ed. What are your plans for a screen, if any? Seeing that you are starting with a wrasse and assuming there may be others, a screen may be a necessity.

Especially with the shallow reef Ed, there may be more temptation to jump ship!

Looks great Tim. Really love the new wrasses and the screen is top notch. btw, I finally got some pics up of the new light over my tank. Check out the SPS forum - you should see the thread. It's a great fixture - thanks again.

Sorry to hijack.....back to your tank...

No worries Craig. I am glad you like the light. I'll be following your progress as well. I'm really interested to see your corals mature under those T5's. Thanks again.

New Fish

New Fish

I am excited today to hear my LFS got in a nice shipment of wrasse in and one happens to be a Labouti with my name on it! Should be picking him up later this week. Also picked up the material I will use to skin my tank with. Will get those on hopefully this weekend!

A Labouti... NICE. I love that fish. So does my wife. So it's on the approved list. ;) I'll just be sure to keep its price on the TMI list. :D

Nice progress Tim. Your tank is really coming along.

I hear ya Paul! I have now learned that telling my wife these fish are only $40 wouldn't last for long!

Anyways, thanks for the comments and BTW any update on your tank? Got it back yet?

Just and update, I seen the tank yesterday and it is running great!

Tim has quite the executive collection of fish now . I think he is now starting to collect SPS to fill all the open area in his display.

Also, after selling my 245 gallon Rimless AO tank a few weeks back, I decided to set up my 34 gallon nano while I am waiting for my new rimless cube to be built by AO :D.

I have to thank Tim for the hand in setting up the nano with the aquascape and other small details. Never thought it would be that much work to set up a nano!

No problem Rob, however, you forgot to mention those "small details" equated to 2 full nights of gruelling labor. Thats ok, I know you will be around once I start my next build which may start sooner than later.;)

Whos counting Tim? Were not done yet! The cube will be here soon.

Yeah, your upgrade should be lots of fun!

Sheeees you guys already planning the next 'upgrade'??
Yup, Tim has a BIG plan now Ed. He is finishing his basement and I think he is trying to find a way to fit the "Great Barrier Reef" in there! (If he could he would)
