RIP Luciano Pavarotti

The man, the legend, THE tenor of the last century has passed away.


This opera singer is the number one influence in my career choice, much of my listening enjoyment AND of course, my avatar here on RC.


Being the last of the opera "mega-stars", I think his passing will surely have some influence on the performance medium... hopefully the work that he did while alive will insure the life of opera for the next generation.



Anyways, if you haven't heard about this (it's all over, so how could you not?), I thought you should know.

yeah man i saw that and i was like i think that cowcio was influenced by him, im not really a fan of opera but i know how it can be to lose an idle like that

I must admit I am not an opera fan, but I even I know who he was. That says something for his magnitude in music. He will sure be remembered through the years. I am sorry for your loss.
