Rob's 300 Gallon Deep Dimensions!

I have ordered the Tank from my local LFS JoJo's Aquarium will arrive on the 15th of November.

Sump was ordered today from Advance Acrylics from Southern Cali, 48x24x20 100 Gallons, hope it gets here at the same time..

In the mean time, I will need some suggestions on how to prepare for the switch, I have not moved this tank in 10 years, I am thinking about buying a Rubbermaid 300G. Stock tank to house my livestock while we redo the floors and get my space all prepped up.

JoJo's is a nice store. My daughter buys a lot of fresh water plants there. I didn't really consider them for a tank of that size. I'll have to stop by this weekend and see what they can do. I've been looking at a 190 from DSA but this aquarium you have is interesting.

Thanks for the kind words. JoJo's don't stock any large aquariums. I had them special order the tank and it arrived in a week after the order date. Also they gave me a slamming deal!

Now, just need to install the bracing mounts for the cable hangers. install a hanging mount, inside for my ATI Powermodule, Sand and Paint.

Yeah, that was my other option. But I decided to keep my ATI Powermodules. I just reinforced my 2x4's above the sheet rock in my attic. Will be hung up tomorrow. I'll post some pics...

Well it has been a while since I did an update, tank is roughly 8 months old. Getting some good growth, nice and steady. Took my BP and gfo reactors off-line. Since I felt it was stripping the water to clean and the skimmer was not producing any skimate. Skimmer is now back to normal. But overall, very happy.
