RTN on Garf Bonsai

So my garf bonsai went has a patch of dead skeleton that is new as of last night. Not sure what was the cause of it bc all other SPS are very healthy. Polyp extension and color is normal on the rest of it. This happened before with just a TINY patch but it healed over pretty quick.

Question is, should I hit the panic button and frag it or wait a couple days???
