Ryan's 300 Gallon Starfire Journal

+1, GL on the venustus man!

I had good luck with some algae covered rubble with a bit of sponge on it. Once it picked at that pretty well I started shoving food into the rubble, and he would pick it out. Eventually he ate the same foods out of the water column... then I stupidly sold him before a move. That was my second one, good experience, the first experience was not a happy ending :(

Thanks buddy!

Good idea. Ill give it a try!

I added teh Black Tang to the Frag tank Yesterday. He had some HLLE from the meds in QT and was still a little skinny so I put him in the Frag tank because it is a little more calm in there and he should be able to put on weight quickly. ONce he has more weight on him i'll add him to the Display...

So now i've just got the 5 Resplendent Anthias in the 55 QT. They are in their 3rd week of copper and I just started Prazi today on them so just another 2 weeks and they will be ready to be added ot the display. I really like them and when I hav ethe chance, i think i'll add another 10 or so!

I'm supposed to have a few more things coming in this week but we'll see if it works out!

I just need to raise enough money to get my Conspic in. Im dieing to get it!!!

Ryan,

Thanks for the tour today, the pictures don't do your setup justice. Thanks for taking your time and look forward to taking some of those frags off your hands for you soon.

p.s. I saw the infamous "Black Tang" :)

Thanks steve!

Its nice to see you around these parts.

All my angels are doing well. The multis are great and I saw them circling the other day which was cool. I hope it continues and leads to some spawning!!! The glodflake is still paralized but otherwise healthy and the regal is nice and fat!!!
