I saw the last 30 seconds after the Rangers game. It was pretty crazy. The two goals off the scrums in front of the net showed determination. The refs had perfect positioning and did a great job.
The Sabres have a couple tough games to finish off the season. I hope they can continue doing well over the next couple games.

Perfectly said, cardiffgiant! Sulzer with the stuffing and Derek Roy with the Kibosh!! I shook the house tonight when I jumped off my couch for the winning goal!!! The Caps need to LOSE their next two and we NEED to win both of our next two. If Washington and the Sabres tie at the end of the season, the Caps will get the playoff spot cause as of right now, they have more "games won". Phillies and Rangers coming up..... I'm a bit shakey.

Don't forget everyone, we may not end up chasing the caps... The Panthers could also self-destruct and not make it either. We have more regulation wins than they do, so if washington wins the south, the panthers loose out, and we win out, we tie the panthers and are in as well. About the only thing we CAN't have happen is a wash win over florida in OT/SO thursday. Of course, providing we can beat the flyers which is no small task

Hello of a job by our veteran dman on that last goal. Tough guy has 1 job to take a forward off the puck when 1 on 1 and a long time vet let's him skate right on by. Unreal.
Hopefully management realizes how terrible this team was for most of the season.
No reason for missing the playoffs.

My Jr. Sabres team had more talent....sad a team can max out the salary cap and not even make the playoffs. I hope things turn around for them in the near future!
