My new addition to my aquarium, a saddled sharpnose puffer has developed some sore grayisch spots with an white inner cirle and a small incision in the middle. He looked GREAT two days ago and had no problems.

Please take a look!
The watervalues aren't the great either. ph is 7,7 and calcium is to low. Can I get some help indentifying this, so i can find a treatment.
