Brightwell mixes very well and I have not had a complaint about it yet. It always seems to be dead on unlike RC or IO which is very nice.

You asked for the <i>best</i>, which in my opinion is Tropic Marin Pro... with that being said, most people with large(r) tanks don't like paying $80-90/bucket. I use Oceanic.

Red sea Coral pro I think is great. Mixes well, I get up to 1600ppm mag and upwards of 500ppm cal and the coraline in my tank since i started using it 5 months ago has taken over my rock with fantastic red and purple and pink colors. Love it!

I swiched from reef crystals to seachems new aquavitro line called salinity and i couldnt be more happy.

Red Sea Coral Pro has been great for me. I don't plan on switching anytime soon.

I like it too, but are you finding that it leaves residue after mixing? I have to clean off my pump and heater everytime. Kind of annoying, but otherwise no complaints.

I used IO for the first 2 years and switched to RC after starting with a few frags.

Always wanted to try SeaChem Reef, Oceanic, and TMRP. But when I think about the extra cost involved with TMRP, I usually just decide against making the purchase.

looks like reef crystals & instant ocean come out on top again. like johnny c said i cant afford to use the more expensive salts with my size tank. and when i have just didn`t see any major improvements
