switch your "electric provider" and save some money to buy more frags!
theres nothing to it. nothing changes, except your rate. cl&p will just charge you the price that they get charged from the provider you choose.

heres how it works (in simple terms).
step 1. there are tons of plants that generate energy and pour it into a power grid.
step 2. cl&p pulls power off of that grid and sends it along to those that ask for it.
step 3. you get a bill from cl&p for the amount of energy you used at a standard "market rate".
well the "market rate" may be a lot higher than what other plants are offering their energy to cl&p.
so, choose your provider and rate, dont let cl&p do it for you
