Hi and thank you.
This is a custom made glass tank, 12mm sides, 15mm base and eurobraced.
I do have some photos of my sump from all 3 sides and the best place to find them is on my TOTM article from February 2014

Yea I know mate! I've been keeping the SPS in check that is nearing the glass with the magnet cleaner :lol: hurry up and get that tank running so I can off load some frags to ya

My alk always hovers between 6.5-7 and is usually in the lower part. Well except for when I had the alk spike a couple of months ago :uzi: :lol:

Your telling me mate! This was pretty extreme, went from 9.3 to 5.4 in 24hrs 3 days in a row with no explanation at all! To be quite honest I was seriously thinking it was the end of the 4x4 reef

I turned the heaters off last week and they stayed off until i noticed the temp was 23......... that was just a little morning heart starter rather than a full blown ' i can't come to work because my acros have no PE ' day.

I've put it down to a couple of things Danilio. Just before this all happened I'd done a fair bit of fragging and also we had a couple of power outtages, 1 of them I was home for and was able to hook up the generator for the dosing pump but the other I was out and unable to do anything beside having the automatic BBU run the return pump. So in a way your correct mate due to having no dosing pump on for 5hrs on the second power out
