I just bought a sebae anemone today and It keeps turning itself over. Is there a reason for this does it not like my water not like my lights is it dieing. Please somebody help me save this guy!

What color is it?

What size tank?
What lights?
How long has the tank been set up?
What are your current water parameters -- with numbers.
What do you have for flow?

It's White with purple tips
It's 125 gallon
It's been up for 6 months
Not sure about parameters hasn't been tested in a week! They can't be far off and I have power compact lights

Test now. If you have a sickly anemone in the tank, even if it the water was fine before, it may not be now. You should really test the tank much closer to adding new animals (such as just before leaving for the LFS; it's not impossible that you should actually put the car keys down and do a water change instead).

And will it crash my tank if it dies

Anemone deaths can crash tanks due to the sudden release of waste into the water, although some systems can ride it out if if they are big enough and have enough filtration, although I don't think anyone would ever recommend taking a chance on this once an anemone is clearly starting to deteriorate.

In order to help you, you need to do a little bit of work in at least knowing your params, and you should always have a pretty good idea what they are, they shouldn't swing that much in a week.
That's a very basic minimum of info needed in keeping them or advice to be given.
I agree PC's are not enough light for a Crispa.

In addition, a white H. crispa is a bleached one -- lost most (( if not all )) of its internal algae. They can recover from that state, but it is an uphill battle.
