Best I could do for a quick shot.

I am hoping to get some shots of the back side of the tank tomorrow, its so hard to get top down pics becsuse the light glares and a photo box doesnt work well in a very shallow tank. I need to find a good acrylic scraper because the sides are dirty as heck. Any suggestions?

I have one but the canopy makes if impossible to see what your taking pics of unless its right upfront. Maybe i can get the local acrylic guy to make a large square look down viewer so i dont have to actually put my head above it to see what i am shooting. Something like 1' by 2' might be a lot easier.

Now I understand.
Yeah, I've got same problem here.
The only solution would be to place the light fixture sideways, and that's not aways easy as it sounds!!

Grandis.

I just brought frags to the store and saw they made new lookdown boxes, exactly like what i need :) Looks like i am going to be borrowing one for a few days while the store is closed! Until then i am going to try and get a few more shots from different sides :bounce1:

Thanks, its hard to get this phone to take pics with the right colors but most are pretty good, some are washed out looking. Hopefully tomorrow i can get more pics of the other 9/10ths of the colonies that are in her tank.
We apreciate the compliments!

More phone pics coming before i return the big look down box. Also bubble algae clean up day... wish me luck... I hate that stuff! Also she found a tiny crab that looked similar to an emerald crab but maybe only a quarter inch wide the other day, it was pretty cool looking.

I use tapatalk to post pics with my phone, and since i started using this new phone the pics are smaller and have that mark on them. I guess to show you can enlarge them, can everybody enlarge them and see a better pic by doing so? Not sure how to post pics without them.
