i just bought a bamboo cat shark egg i want to know everything that there is to know abouit them... how long does it take to come out of its shell and what do i feed it when it does come out

ok i know i just posted this forum today but my shark is out i cant belive it i just bought it and its swimming around im so happy can any body tell me if it would be fine with a cowfish i have them in the same tank right now and they are doing great .... im only going to keep the shark in my 55 for another 5 months or so im going to upgrade to a 150 for him

Congrats!!You should upgrade your tank asap.Make sure your tank is cycled good and have a good skimmer on your new tank.I would try and feed him every day until he will eat and try a variety of foods for him or her.

he will outgrow the 150 as well. might wanna consider at least a 240 or if not larger for it. mine took only 4 months to grow from 12 inches to 20 inches and outgrew my 125 before I had the funds to upgrade to my 400g pond.

your going to need to nset up at least a 240 in the next 2 or 3 months it will outgrow your 55 very fast

my shark is just sitting ther not eating or doing really anything it swims from one spot to another not that often at all will it be ok

thats all its going to do . They are not as cool to have as everybody thinks .
