Should i be concerned?

The mouth is opening (about the size of a dime the biggest) and alternating sizes. Looked smaller then usual last night. Is this a normal thing? Water is good except today noticed salinity was at 1.028 and then dropped it to 1.026

Normally I can't even see it's mouth because it's closed so tightly so that is one of the Reasons I am unsure if I should be concerned or not

Its open slightly larger now, a little bit smaller than a dime. Anyone have any thoughts? Do I need to treat him, is he just stressed? The red and the new one look perfectly fine

Looks fine to me. Acclimating carpets often will not completely close their mouths for several weeks. Also, too much emphasis is placed on the mouths IMO. To me, the most telling indicator of health is consistent inflation and ability of the nem to support itself and hold shape.

Does it change anything if it's been in my tank for two months and it's mouth was never opened or stayed open? Mouth is open as big as a dime right now. And in regards to inflation, I think it's doing well- a little smaller than normal but I have not seen him deflated
