Show Me Your Aquascaping

I like having pillars or mounds that are staggered with a crevice in the center of the tank. Anything that is asymmetrical has a natural look.

I redid the aquascape only to redo it several times more and I was never happy. Here is a photo of a rock wall supported by pvc racks that were connected to the return pump

Great redo on the aquascaping. Also, great idea with the pvc rack.

here are a few shots of my 90g i just set up, used the rock from my 50 along with about 100lbs of dead rock

Good idea to keep the LR away from the sides of the tank. Cleaning should be much easier.

Love the aquascaping. Things are growing in nicely. What type of LR is that?

Here's mine. "Suspended" above the sand with PVC.

Cool tank. Do you have a pic of the pvc structure.

Progression pics are always cool.

Please include the following helpful info with your post:

Tank Size
Amount of LR

That way we can get a better idea of what went into these great aquascapes.

Awesome tank.

How long have you had the anthias, and are they aggressive against each other. Also, do the chromis pick on each other.

Haitian LR

Here is my new 48x22x12. Kept the live rock low which I think makes the tank look much bigger and gives the corals some nice grow out room.

Cool aquascaping. It will look awesome when the corals grow in.

I love all of these aquascapes! Great job everyone. Such an evolution from the old "stack the rocks across the tank" look.

Cool aquascape. Are those LR just stacked or are they braced somehow?

Also, what is the tank size, and how much LR did you use.

Runningnreefing,
Thanks! It's stacked. Everything is pretty solid. I used "wedges" of rocks to form bridges. It is a 90g and that is approx 90 pounds of LR.

Again, great job on the aquascaping. I am in the process of setting up a 90g SPS tank so thank you for the info.
