I have a clown from orionN hosting my purple rain and acid rain bta's. I've been contemplating my hand at a hadoni. I may have to consult with OrionN before I actually make that decision but coming from a nano tank reef keeping background to a slightly larger system it's something I'm very interested in.

Reef1589, your gigs look fantastic! Can you please share more details, specifically, on the green one in the photo? How long did you have it? What kind of shape was it in when you got it? Bleached? Did it struggle at all while you had it? Was it cipro'd? Did you feed it, or just light? MH in that photo? Was the mouth closed tight all the time, or was it one of those that hung open most the time? Just trying to get a little history on it. Thanks!

Taylor you can find the whole treatment log and write of that Green S. Gig here http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2247231
it was REALLY rough when I first bought it... almost all my nems have been under LeD's the whole time, there was a short period they were under 2x 250w
MH 20k bulbs, but I wasn't satisfied and went back to LeD's...
the Green S. gig didn't really struggle, almost had an instant reaction to the Cipro, and was very responsive to feeding... and had long S. Gig like tentacles, unlike a lot of the Green S. Gig/Haddoni hybrid people seem to be picking up lately..

more of my Anemone's all in 1 thread here http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2276752
which shows all my nems I had... 4 purple S. Gig's, 1 blue, 1 green, 1 red Haddoni :P and all the ones that went threw treatment, including the blue one who suffered a MAJOR wound, when a chunk was taken out of his oral disc when a rock fell on him, all nems I treated and housed made 100% recoveries and thrived, before getting rid of them. (wish I didn't had to)

Not the most colorful specimen, but still the center-piece of the tank IMO. A good 20" when fully stretched out. Rather hoping it will split soon because otherwise it's going to get too big again. Never gets target fed.

Here's a picture of my gigs from tonight.
I did a water change, and turned my pumps off. This is no flow.

Flow turned back on after water water change.

And my blues.
