Do you mind me asking your feeding routine?

I agree with stability. Since I put two of my three k4's on timers I have a loll for about two minutes and then they start up again. My organ pipe coral and torch are really liking that break.

Thanks !
Actually, the frogspawn that you see in the top left corner, and towards the right of the tank, used ot be ONE HUGE PIECE ! When I was packing it up during the move, the base of it snapped in half, so now I have two big pieces.
I was so mad at myself for that ! It was my prize coral !

I put some thought into my flow setup to favor my Euphyllia and I think it works.
My return runs a little shy of 300gph. I have 2 K4's for laminar flow across the back. 4 maxijets are controlled by an AC3 for surge. They are pointed from the back to the opposite corner. 2 right and 2 left so they cross the streams. I cycle the ones in the middle 1 minute on and 4 minutes off for one and 1 minute on and 5 minutes off for the other. The other pair runs 1 minute on and 9 minutes off and 1 minutes on and 11 minutes off.
So each side gets both maxi jets on at the sametime every other cycle, the sides alternate at changing intervals, and once an hour we get a perfect storm with all the powerheads on at once.
The way it works out is the front has a gentle continual flow with random surges of varying intensity; hopefully like they would get in a real lagoon.

Not too sophisticated. I use a mix of frozen foods; mysis, San Francisco Angel and Butterfly Mix, Reef Plankton, Emerald Entree, Squid, Clam, Mussel, some Tropic Marin Zoo Plankton, Cyclopeeze mixed with garlic and selcon.
