If you add these html codes to either side of your link, you'll embed the image in your post. For the front add [image] for the back add [ /image]. I had to modify the last one to make it not work so you could see it. To make it work, remove the space between the [ and the / and you'll embed the image.

Ok! Thanks maxx, going to try that now!

Just wanted to revive this thread with a pic of my H. crispa. Haven't seen too many others with a green disc, so I thought I'd share :)

Very cool! I had one like that probably 14-15 years ago. I actually forgot all about it. Now seeing yours really brings back some memories.

Not the greatest pic, but you get the idea of the size with the true percs next to it. I originally got this from Phil Henderson (phender) a couple of years ago and I believe he had it for 7-8 years prior to me. It has not moved since the day I put it in my tank so I guess its happy!

I had forgotten that I sold that to you. I'm glad it has such a nice new home. Your tank looks great. You don't often see the pink sebaes (H. crispa) grow that big.

Phil, its definitely no where near being pink. It is solid purple, with super dark purple tips. The tentacles are a good 5" in length.

What a beautiful animal. Beautiful tank too!! I have had one for 13 years and it is tan with purple (or blue) tips. There is a pic of it on the first page of the thread I think. Yours is simply stunning in both size and color. Wow.
