Sick or still adjusting

I got this choc bta last Friday and once it settled in the mouth closed up good and tight and it was looking great. This am I noticed the middle was pulled in and not as inflated as the outskirts, but not really deflated. I get home and I notice its mouth is open and not looking happy.

I'm not sure what's going on here. Not sure if I should get a HT up and running or not.

Nothing to worry about at this point. It was possibly expelling waste.
