Sick Paddlefin Wrasse

I'm having trouble with my Paddlefin. I've had it for over 3 years & it is now over 8" lg.

Over the past few weeks, it has shown less of an appetite than in the past. Before, it would try to eat everyones food. Now it seems like it cannot swallow.

It still takes very small pieces of food, but often spits out bigger pieces. It would previously swallow 3" silversides whole.

Any ideas???
