It would be cool if RC assigned it to me though, I guess when that happens you get moved to another place.

Chris, I own a timeshare in Cozumel. On the years that I don't go down I usually let others go. Maybe next year, although I think Russ really wants to go since he didn't get to last year when I offered it.

Sounds like a road trip:D :D :D

I have an underwater housing for my canon..that's how I was able to take the pic in my avatar.

Nice pics there Chris...

That's cool you guys have those, I tried to rent something when we went to the key's and couldn't find anything, I wonder if you can rent good underwater camera gear online by the week or something?

Just borrow from those of us who already spent the $$$. My housing cost more than the camera. I will post pics when we get back to see how well it works.

I just got a minolta DiMage X1 with a case yesterday - when I figure out how to use it I'll share the pics!

LOL Chris - I feel older trying to figure the dang thing out - you'd think I never laid eyes on a digital cam before or something. I guess if all else fails, I should read the book or something!

Todd,

This camera does not need a housing, it is a self contained underwater digital camera with an anti glare setting for glass and a macro setting that will focus as close as ½”.

But thank you for the offer, that is very nice of you. Hey next time your up, I need to get a price on some stands.

Scott, pm me with the size and type of steel you need so I can get a current steel price. Most of my stuff is large structural steel so I don't know the prices of smaller stuff.

Hey, who makes that camera, and how deep can it go? I am really getting excited about the upcoming trip.

I know they should be marketing this thing on reef central or in the fish mags, they'd sell a ton of them, I think Scott said retail was $500-$700 or something which is'nt bad for that type of camera
