Something wrong with my frogspawn

I've had it for about a month and everyday it has looked big and full. Today I come home and the bottom of the tentacles are all drawn in giving it a crown like look.

I'm not sure, but that looks more like a grape coral or some type of hammer, not frogspawn.

p.s. you may want to consider feeding it. With water that clean, it could be in need of nutrients.

Thanks! I do target reef roids a few times a week. I'm sure phos and nitrates are there just not detectable by my tests. It's Hannah phos test and API nitrate so I should say nitrate between 0 and 5ppm
