Sonicboom's 180 build in Tampa

Not sure if this has been done before but I was thinking about gluing frag plugs to the bottom of some of my rock work to elevate and balance some rocks. Would look more natural than egg crate or pvc.

Dude that sounds like an awesome idea. Or leftover rubble rock.

Lol thanks, I'll tried rubble rock but they were different sizes, then I just noticed a bunch of plugs in my sump upside down and a light bulb came on.

Here is one rock standing upright one 3 plugs and same rock on its side.

Nice.... Be-careful though.... Some of my plugs started to disintegrate. They were like limestone, just rub and bits come off.

My clown/ host training container. I got tired of never seeing my clown since they stayed in the top of the overflow. I didn't have one of those closed acclimation containers so I made one using a specimen container and my magnet.

Just wondering if ammonia can be eliminated by aeration? In my QT tested and had 0.25 ammonia. I didn't have any other power heads so hooked up my 4 outlet 15 lpm air pump into the 10g. Two hours later I retested and ammonia was 0. Mind you there was so much oxygen that the water was turbulent.
