That pick of him skimming the surface is a really unique shot.
Sonny, You had alot of fish in your tank. I think I am having a hard time with overfeeding. I like to feed my corals through broadcast feeding 3x a week with a mix of
Color boosting pink pellets
Cyclopeeze
Mysis
Brine shrimp
Reef bugs
That is the mix that I use 3x a week and i try not to overfeed but The mysis is mixed in with that mix so I tend to overfeed cause my fish love the mysis, especially my large dussemeiri tang.
I also feed spectrum pellets at least 2x a day and I feed fresh well rinsed mysis at least 1 cube 3 days a week.
I know I am overfeeding, but I love to feeds my fishes! They get so happy. I just recently about a month ago added a Kole tang and a few of my corals have browned out lately because I think I overfed during this time because I wanted to make sure my kole was eating and healthy. All is well but I am having poor PE and color on only a few of my SPS corals. Could you give me a reccomendation on feeding?
1x Yellow watchman goby
2x Ocellaris clowns
1x Pygmy angel
1x Kole tang 3inches
1x Dussemeir tang 6" rougly
1x sixline wrasse
1x chromis
75 gallon tank with 20g refugium and 30gal sump (half filled)

Hello,
personally I would stop feeding the corals all that you do. Stick to feeding the fish Spectrum pellets and Formula One flakes, which is the only form of nutrients that go into my tanks. I do not feed or add anything extra. I keep a bottle of AA's handy in case my tank gets too clean and I need to color things back up.
How often do you feed the pellets and flake?
I agree sunny, i could pat my purple tang and clowns, i hand caught the purple tang when i ofloaded him to a bigger tank the other week, the only problem is that the wife made me keep the clowns which i wanted to ofload for the new tank:mad2:
Beautiful fish. Can you post new photos of your corals please. I am planning a smaller version of your tank; T5's + Rimless.
Tank day! OK, here are the options: 72x36x20 Rimless 3/4" glass, or 72x32x20 1/2" glass . The price difference is minimal seeing that the manufacturer is thankful for me kicking off the rimless craze a couple years back. The only issue I have is the weight of the tank. 3/4" is gonna be tough taking down into the basement!! I could go 1/2" on the larger tank but they are worried about deflection. What do you guys say?

I would go with the 3/4" glass. The add security make you sleep better at night. 36" Width will give you so much aquascape option. Throw a big pizza party and invite the biggest mf you know.
