Looking good Steve. On the holders, can you have the cords go up through the bulkheads to clean it up a bit?

Also, you are going to have 4 - 6025s on the corners and then 4 more tunzes in the external wave box? What model will you use for those indise the wave box?

Hello Chris, the cords will be ziptie into the rod once i get the tank up and running. I just hook it up to share my idea to fellow reefers. I am going to add 4 more tunze stream 6205 (the new design) which will produce 59xxgph each. I will have 2 6205 flow along the bottom on the same channel with the two on the opposite side to create a circular motion while the other 4 will be on the other channel to provide turbulence flow throughout the tank. I will have total of 8 tunze stream (4 x 6301 and 4 x 6205) along with 4 ext wave boxes. The pumps i use on the wave boxes is Tunze 6261, it is the wavebox pump.

I was wondering the same thing. I wanted to try something like that with the Tunze holder when i get them. Only porblem I see with that is fitting the little black box through the bulkhead without cutting/splicing the cable. Than maintenance on the Tunze would be a pain unless you used a quick disconnect on the splice.

If that is your biggest concern, you don't need to worry so much about it. Because if you ziptied the cords into the rod and mount your bulkhead the same way i did. All you have to do when it come to cleaning is undo the bulkhead and the whole thing will come off for cleaning.

Wow, I didn't realize you were going to have that much FLOW. Careful not to blow the flesh off your fish. You may have only skeletons floating around in your tank once you get it up and running.

 Chris, i will have mainly larger Tangs and Trigger to prevent such incident :D...

I need to stop hang out in the Tunze forum .... :D

Steve - Is your wife about as ready to deliver as mine? Geez, I mean she's due in a little more than 2 weeks, but she's ready to deliver NOW!

I have a feeling your Tunze money will turn into Diaper money pretty soon... I already see it coming!

Andy, i already shut down the REEF FUNDS, there is no budget for Reef equipment anywhere on my list.

She has an appointment yesterday and the doctor said that our baby already turned and heading toward the exit. He said she could due anytime now :(... For some odd reason i don't feel like i am ready

Those tangs will be power lifters in no time. You'll need some HGH for the fish, not for the corals.

Same with my wife - baby is dropping already! I don't know if I'm ready either, but I'm as ready as I'll ever be! :D I'm sure it will be lots of fun and a perfect excuse to finish the reef too!

I will put the Reef thang on hold till my wife fully recovered. I don't want to take care of 3 things at once :D. Good luck to you bro. Send me some pic of the baby.

jar-head good luck with the new baby and the reef. i cant image have to take care of all three but keep us updated on everything.

hey guys i have a 4 yr old and i too thght i wasnt ready, but once they are here youre more ready than you thought. good luck with the babies and mothers. hope everyone is super healthy afterwards. :)

Guys thank you so much for the mental support. I really need it at this time. She is due in 3 weeks and i feel like i don't know a thing about taking care of newborn. That is one of the most scary feeling :(

Steve - Don't worry man. My wife just delivered Wednesday night and so far everything is going very well. You will love it. Everything will come natural and the nurses will help a lot. Just ask questions if you are unsure. They're always willing to help you out.

:celeb1: Congratulations.

Thanks guys.

It's awesome. Sleep is tough to come by lately, but we are very happy with everything. I'm sure you will feel the same way Steve. Just don't expect much sleep at first. ;) Although, I had him sleeping on my chest last night for a good solid 4 hours... longest yet!

I am happy for you Andy. Vivien and i spent good 5 hours at the hospital today hoping that they will help her with the pain she is going through but there ain't much they can do but give her some Tylenol 3 and tell her to go home. She can't walk at all ..:(
