Is it possible to have too many of them? I have 6 large ones in my dt and 4 large ones in my frag and about 5 babies.

Not really. The food supply will limit their numbers, and they only eat algae.

Mine boomed to like 20-30 that I could see and within weeks I only have like 4-5 that I can see. Weird. I had tons.

I really wish LFS's bred and sold these. I would much rather a tank full of stomatella's then most other snails. They are such better cleaners IMO.

Mine bred in my tank once then never again, had a nuke, now I have none.

Sell some if you think you have to many. I bet someone could start a buisness just selling those, mini brittles and nano counches.

When I saw the first one, it was black and I tried to pull it out of the tank not knowing what it was because I was afraid it was a pest. Since then I have seen black and white ones appearing in my frag tank. I'm guessing you would have to breed a lot of them to make a profitable business out of them.

haha, you could sell them like crickets, i have an overdose of them, started with 3 and now i have more that 100 probly, havent tried to count them, lol... when i catch tham, i feed them to my acans and fungia, normally if you try to catch them, they will drop the unshelled part of their body in hopes of escaping, lol, that normally makes a good meal for my lps corals

Inland aquatics sells them. That's where I got mine. They sell mini and micro stars too
