Todd's (Tom's) Torch for sure. Let is grow, frag it, buy PBT with proceeds, abandon PBT when he picks at his tank mates.

in all honesty this poll shocked me: more than half are in favor of keeping the coral and getting rid of the fish.

I would have never guessed.

You can have both if you get another powder that doesn't like todd's torch.

Id say between the two keep the TT, PBT are very sweet but so are so many other fish out their!!! Theirs nothin like a TT!!!!! Center peice material, that dosent go and hide when the lights go out so you can admire it under the moonlights....
But im also on board for a switch-a-roo and trade him in and get another PBT and give it a try because they are sweet!

owning a PBT myself I can see why this is a hard one..this fish is sooo beautiful and elegant..But mine is in with the TT also :-/ I hope he sticks with his strictly vegetarian diet lol

I've rearranged some corals and kept the powder.

If I'm as good as I think I am :) I should be able to overcome this challenge.

The fish was murdering the coral. As of this morning I thought the Torch was toast, but after some toying around the coral is opening up and the fish isn't bothering it.

update:

this situation defies human logic.

Although my T's Torch has been moved to a position where it's much less prone to get picked on my Powder Blue still seeks it out to pester it.

I also moved an orange Aussie torch to a spot that's ideal for it to get picked on and the Powder Blue continues to ignore it (along with another torch coral morph that I have).

I don't know why my Powder Blue is specifically and only interested in my T's Torch. The only differences in my torch corals are coloration, tentacle shape and (perhaps?) smell.

Maybe I'll try one last re-arrangement before ending this situation altogether.

I guess you were right, Eileen.

the Powder Blue is picking at my TT once again.

I don't think it's because the fish is hungry. There's definitely something about the coral that attracts this fish. It's crazy.
