suspended cable adjustor

Wondering if you might have any insight, recommendation or actual product that can be used between or on the cables to raise the fixture more easily. The stanard slip in cable stops that allow adjustment are a bit cumbersome. I'd like to be able to raise the fixture a bit more easily if possible. Was thinking about some sort of a pulley wheel between the cables?

Hi Brent,

Unfortunately that is the best design on the market at this time. You could however go to Lowe's and check out their cable section and see if you can come up with anything that you could retrofit yourself.

Sorry I can't be of anymore help than that.

Thanks,
Jeremy

Somebody mentioned the possibility of using the sun light - sun lift product on each cable. Do you sell this product and do think it would work?

Maybe with the current cable adjustor at the stud receivers there is a better way to adjust than I'm doing? Any insight on just basic adjustment. I simply need to raise the unit up several inches to get access to the top of the tank?

The main issue I see with that is being able to attach the two bottom canisters into your existing hood. There really wouldn't be a good way to do that unless you would be into diy'ing something.

As far as the adjustment goes you are still doing it the same way you are now, by sliding the wire in and out, however it gets rid of two of those. So you would only be adjusting one wire on each side, rather than two on each side.
