The 225.

Looks good

That turned out great. Looks like a professional laid it. :)

Looks great.

Fantastic job.

Really nice work, Kegs! Looks great down there.

Thanks guys, Im very happy with the result. Now I get to focus on setting the new tank back up.

That is a lot of tile

Yea it was a pretty big endeavor. 560 sq. feet. The tank side of the room in the pic is only half of the basement.

Sump is done. I kept is simple. Over/under to over/under. Gonna fill up the middle with as much LR as I can. Also going to make a platform for the skimmer so it sits in 8-10" of water. Baffles are 20" tall so theres about 8-9" of space for outages etc.

Figured out plumbing as well. 1 1/4 "plumbing from both drain and return will go into 1.5" pipe behind the wall and into the sump. This is all I got right now. Its not glued yet I just wanted to get an idea of how I was going to do it.

Also got tint for the back of the tank but have to wait until tomorrow to apply it because my spray bottle broke~

I made a probe holder at work with some scrap acrylic we had laying around.

Glued it to the side of the sump like so.

Got the plumbing done as well.

The left side there is for the 58 Im putting in the wall for the Mantis tank. I still have to get a ball valve for the drain line (The bottom pipe) .

I was able to salvage a couple ball valves and my manifold from the previous build which was a definite bonus.

Also made a stand for the skimmer so it sits at optimal lvl (about 8 inches of water)

going to give everything 24 hours to dry and water test it!

Got water running and rock added. Still gotta get the Calc reactor and Apex set up but its coming together.

The rock work is very interesting.

Yea I still might switch it around or add a bit more up top but I wanted to get the main mass in there so I could fill it up and get the water running. Its a mix of all kinds of rock from lace rock and a piece of holey rock (The first piece Jill and I ever bought) I had in my cichlid tank to some tonga, pukani etc.

I also still need to add a couple more PHs and my T5 to it as well.
