Hi FaithKlim. Thank you for your post. I am sorry for your trouble. I noticed the product page on our website does not have PDF downloadable instructions like I'd usually expect. Our buyer has requested a manual from CoralVue and we've also requested a pump so our support staff can learn how to use it.

In the meantime, I think your best would be to ask other people using the pump on forums like RC. You can also submit a ticket on the distributor's website to ask for help: https://coralvue.com/support/submit_ticket

Although the controllers look completely different, you might also try checking out how to use the other model Gyre pumps (Maxspect, IceCap 3K) ... that might give you some idea of how to get going.
