You mean the ecotech ones? I prefer thrive frag plugs if I have a choice, I think they may be part of my success when it comes to some SPS not encrusting as much as other people experience.

But my efflo is still putting down a big base (still growing new branches), but hasn't really plated out yet. May just be the nature of that coral or I'm just full of myself. :lolspin:

The little frags are doing very well so I'm over the moon the pe is just awesome and that's after 8 hrs of light too so it's kicking ***!! lol

haha cheers Mike! :beer: I think they'll be moving upstairs today just to see what the halides can do for their colour The frag section is pretty much only blue+ bulbs so it's looks unreal as the zoa's pop like crazy but the acro's don't seem to mind it

You need some blue Zoa's Dom...

try sourcing some Tubb's Blue's or some Blue Orgasms.....mix em in with your red and pink Zoa's and see the difference.

You need some blue Zoa's Dom...

Thanks Perry :beer: I have been very patient and it's paying off, I put the little acro frags into the tank last week and they seem to be enjoying themselves under the Radium so that's a good sign The sand is clearing up, the cyano isn't really growing anymore, most of the hair algae has died off, the rocks look clean, the strombus snails are fat, the frags are all growing and healthy and the tank is running smoothly!
This all equates to me finally getting my fish this week as well :bounce3: and hopefully some acro's in the next two or three! Need to stablise my levels though lol
