You stated "This offer will be valid while supplies last. Once we’ve caught up with our customers, the Wireless Wave Driver will eventually be available as a standalone product for ~$100 without any exchange."

Does this mean that if I wait till your production catches up with back orders, so that I can order when they are in stock, I will not get the upgrade deal?

How many units do you expect to deliver for shipping on Sep. 1st?

Thanks in advance for your response.

You guys aren't like vultures at all.

I'm excited and need 3 myself, but I'd like to hear back from Scott about how we'll be charged first. That might make me sit on a waiting list since y'all have been quicker to act now.

Couple questions for Tim, who I am sure is still at work! :)

The rendering makes it look like plastic. Is that the case? If so, will that hold the heat inside the driver? Will we have to be careful to mount it on an absolutely flat surface to avoid cracking the screw holes?

Also, what kind of feedback will we get from the unit regarding pump states like temp, mode, error states etc? I had envisioned a main control center and figured this would have various feedback functions, so while combining them is cool, will we be able to just look at the master and get this info?

Will there be an audible this time? I know this sounds strange, but in my application, I have to walk around to check my pumps and make sure they are all green.

BTW, since I placed the fan on one of my pumps, it has not stalled even once. Yay! :)

ah good question todd

i am sooo angry (with myself) that i didnt just order first thing this morning instead i called AS who didnt answer so i left a message this morning ten minutes after this was posted. and waited for a callback i was also wondering about when i would be charged. now here i am at the bottom of the list.. i could have gotten mine first....

If EcoTech Marine wants to be cutting edge there will need to be a main control center that has various feedback functions, better yet a separate 5" LCD display that shows each unit in regard to temp, mode, error and uptime?

Maybe that’s just my WISH LIST!!!

Hopefully the list isn't too large, I just ordered 3.

I don't know - I spread the word earlier. ;)

Tim said that the purpose of the pre-sell is so that they can have enough made to cover the demand. I would make sure order if you want to get one when they are released! Like any company, they want to have enough, but not too many. :D

How much do these weight, shipping is quite expensive?

i paid 10 bucks for shipping how much did you pay? also i wonder if the return label will be in the box with them so we can get them back to AS for our rebates.

The drivers will ship in padded envelopes and I recommend you re-use that envelope to return ship it. Return shipping will be covered by the end user. It should not cost more than $5 to ship a driver back to us via USPS mail. The whole exchange is similar to a standard rebate process.

I'm sorry but I simply cannot reveal how many drivers we have allotted for production nor how long the pre-order list is. That information is simply too valuable for our competitors. I'm sorry if this offends people but we are trying to run a business here.

Tim do we send them back to AS or to you?

thank you for coming thru with a product that im sure will amaze us all.

so that video from an old trade show of the wavemaking thats built in right?

Hopefully Tim will let people know if they will receive one September 1st or not. I guess it doesn't really matter, I haven't even bought the actual pumps yet.

I am shocked at the cost of shipping these to Canada. The only option on Aquarium Specialty is to use Fedex. Ground shipping is $46.17 that is ludicrous! :mad2:

International Economy is $123.68 !!! BWA, HA HA HA HA!! Oh yeah I'll pick that shipping option!

Canadian customers should not have to pay that much!

Is there a way to have them shipped by USPS?
