So i have this month to get the base of the stand ready to move the tank on top of it. I have Prater to help me at the end of this month to get the sump ready. Here are some pics of the base with the new top put on.

More to come in due time. I would love any input from others to help me become a better reefer.

cool frag tank ill be doing mine soon i just have a qt tank with tap water for fish, well dechlorinized so i dont want to use that as a frag tank because it isnt rodi water as my 90 is.. cant wait til you start filling her up and arrange the rockwork

so i got some questions that need some answering maybe someone will be able to help. I have a skimmer that has a fitting that lets in air while passing water through it. can someone tell me some web sites they use to buy plumbing parts???? thanks in advance

ok its a venturi valve, so does anyone know where to get one? one that can withstand a mag 12 pump?

you can get one anywhere you can by aqua c skimmers. they may have to order it in but aqua c makes a very high quality valve.

I actually hired a family attorney, he frequents my thread often. I would have to recomend him to anyone. Its funny i was orginally given the permission for a 75 and then a 90, and this is what we came home with. My wife is a very understanding wife, now future upgrades may be out of the question for a while but she did say yes to this one. I love you honey if your reading this and thank you so much for the tank!!!

ok so great news!!!!!!!!

i found the valve after searching like crazy, from a precision marine dealer here in houston!!!!!! whoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo yes.....

I also found a guy who would do the glass baffles for my sump for 20 bucks after many said i would have to buy a whole 4x8ft sheet of glass....

should have some updates and pics soon...

Make sure he buffs the edges so they are not sharp. I wont handle sharp glass.

well things was going to smoothe, i got the glass and it was cut to wrong size.... did get the skimmer working though
