I would like to say that this is my favorite thread of all time. Thank you all for your ghetto pride!
And now for my first attempt at a sump... man, I wish I had pictures, it was so ghetto fabulous. Picture a 20 gal semitransparent tub from Walmart. The dividers were acrylic sheets I cut using my dremmel tool on my living room floor. After gluing them to the tub sides with silicone, I underestimated the amount of bowing that would occur once the tub was filled with water. As a result, I had a really ugly sump with semi closed off chambers. The best thing is that it had flip lids that now look like swiss cheese from all my drilling and moving and drilling and moving. It was the ultimate ghetto but worked fabulously. =)
