Tiny white spots on clownfish

So I bought a clownfish a few days ago from my LFS and for the first couple days it just stayed in the same spot hovering hear the bottom. This morning it came out and swam around all day, but this evening I noticed there are tiny white dots on it... any ideas or suggestions?

if you can post pictures it would be much easier to tell what is it. but look at the spot for closely for few days and is it like pimple looking white spot? if so it can be ick. and can you please tell me how can i post on reef central? i am new to this.

I'm also new to this forum, and not sure how to add a picture. But you can't really see the spots unless the actinic lights are on..
