Hey melev that third"deepwater" carolina?jaq? puuuuuuuuurdy!
I just recently got a copy of your drop down box and took some pics , really a great idea and design.
 
I've been calling that piece A. granulosa for a long time. I don't know if that is right or wrong.

It may very well be I dunno.
For me its always very hard to tell between caroliniana-jaquelinae-granulosa.

Nice shots Marc. Every coral I see like the one's you described in the third shot I typically call granulosa myself. I think it at least gives a good description of the growth form. Were you using an acrylic box to take those or just pumps off looking into the tank?

That shaggy acro is an A. nobilis frag that is growing nicely. The parent colony has been dying back more and more over the past year, but the baby has been doing very well.

Serioussnaps, I don't think it is an efflo. Here's a larger version of that tabling acro.
