Triggers and turtle grass

I am interested in a Pink Tail trigger for my 90gal reef, and would also like to try growing turtle grass and macro algaes. Would the trigger eat these plants?

No, it won't. I'm not sure how safe it would be with the other reef inhabitants though

and triggers are not very reef safe, they like to move stuff around
