I am going to splurge a little with some tax money and was wondering what your opinions are on these two are? I don't really need a huge influx of water movement as I already have a closed loop and the availibility of two K4's. Im looking for something to breakup the flow patern a little, I guess thats the way to put it.

Though I'm an MP40 owner and am very happy with them, I haven't used the Tunze 6206 so I can't really say one is definitively better than the other. That said, I would have a hard time spending more money on a powerhead than what I could buy an MP40 for, as I don't think the MP40 really leaves anything to be desired...

Have fun deciding!

i have an mp40 and love it,the only down side of the vortech is after cleaning the power head you have to realign the two haves or its gonna make some noise. but this only takes a minute or two. i am going to get another .
