that looks pretty nice will you take some pics of the impeller assembly how big is it

9420 is 16.1*8.3*22.8, 9440 is 16.1* 10.2* 22.8

so the main bodyt is a 10 inch what about the riser tube

The body is an 8" tube the above dimensions include the pumps and riser tube. The riser tube is about 1.5" in diameter.

The anti-foaming feature works great! I changed out a couple of filter socks and the skimmer tried to over flow the collection cup but couldn't because of the design. I will take more picks soon!

That makes me smile because we had a lot of trouble with this feature in early prototypes and when we showed it at Interzoo several competitors said we could never make that feature work, it probably took the most time just to get that right.

yeah I was thinking about that to you can only adjust water depth (it looks like).So what is the optimal water level for this skimmer.When I said riser tube I really ment the neck I am guessing 4 or a 4.5 inch.

You can place the pumps on included hoses and run them with as little as 4" of water. The skimmer is self adjusting.
