Tunze nanostream 6025 Impeller sticks and chatters, does not work

As stated in the title, the impeller seems to stick until i tap the side of the powerhead. Then it will run for 2 seconds and stick again. I do not know a whole lot about these powerheads as this is my first one. The impeller appears to be in one piece so I am not sure of the issue. The impeller shaft doesn't seem to be attached to anything. There aren't any obvious (to me) worn or broken parts. I am hoping someone is able to guide me in the right direction as far as what parts I should check to see if they are functioning properly. Thanks in advance!

I believe it looks like the Disc for the drive unit is missing, I also have a white impeller not blue like it shows in the parts catalog. Can you confirm that missing this disc will cause these symptoms? Thanks!

The shaft should be permanently embedded in the motor and not come out. If the shaft is out, the only repair is a new motor which would include the disk. The blue impellers were introduced in 2010, their were two iterations of white propeller, white propeller, propeller shaft and magnet base was 2006/2007 only, white propeller with all other plastic grey, 2008-2010, for the white prop and grey plastic the only difference between it and blue is cosmetic, just dye added to the plastic. If it is all white plastic, this plastic wore faster and the drive unit should be replaced, the grey color is from adding carbon which hardens the plastic and reduces the wear, it more than doubled the life span of the parts.

You would need 6025.700 and 6025.100, but given the age of the pump I would suggest just getting a new one as just about every part has changed in the interim. These two parts alone are $43.98, the complete pump is $63.67.
