If you shoot me a PM I can send a new impeller, that is the only possibility, when you get it you must change everything included. It is the only moving part, so if this is not just normal vibration resonating because the pump is on a hard surface with hard plumbing the whole way, then the impeller should fix it.
You already sent me on about a month or two ago when i first got the pump. And i switched them all out and no change =/. Could anything else be the case?
