Tunze Stream 6000 x2 not working please help =( sydney au

Hi,
I live in Sydney, Australia. I have two turbelle 6000 stream pumps (purchased from Singapore early last year). Both working fine till feeding time this evening...After pressing the food timer only 1 pump came on. I then turn both pumps off from the mains then back on, then a alarm sounded off... now both pumps are dead and all LED lights are off on the single controller. Both pumps are clean. I disconnected the pumps from the single controller to isolate the problem, and connected pump only to the mains with no result. please help my tank looks lifeless, im worried my reef will start breaking up =( what could be the source of the problem? please help.

Walter,

I would try switching driver and transformer from the working 6000 stream to work out which part is not working. Tunze have 2 year warranty so you can return faulty parts to supplier for warranty.

Thanks for replying Graeme, I tried switching the transformer and the silver box, nothing works. with regards to returning it would i have to send it back to singapore for repairs?

We only cover warranty on Tunze product purchased in Australia, you will need to return to Singapore for warranty.
we do have all parts available for sale and can offer a service to repair.

Many thanks Graeme I'll contact the Singapore ( http://www.reefdepot.com.sg/ ) retailer regarding returning my pumps for repair, and will keep you posted.
