tunze transformer

I bought a tunze 7180/2 about six months ago on ebay. When I recieved it I noticed I could not plug it in over here in Canada because it had a funny plug. The guy I bought it from was from somwhere in Europe. The question I was wondering there is a guy on this forum selling a transformer for a tunze 6000. I was wondering if this transformer will work on mine. If so I will buy it he is selling it for a good price. Thanks for your help and hope to hear from you soon..

It would work, the result would be a 7200/2.

One question I was wondering seeing my tunze came from Europe. I was wondering is there anyway. I could still use the transformer from it over here. Say if I got the plug to change it to one over here would that work. Or would I have to buy one of those power convertors. Thanks hope to hear from you soon.

You would definitely need a power converter and it is best to buy a 115V transformer. It will use less power and be less likely to be overloaded or damaged.
